Madison on Penn | Queen Suite w/ Deck, Floor 2

Best I ever been in

The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. It was easy to communicate with Jake when needed and got quick responses. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It’s located close to Lawrenceville, which has lots of restaurants and shops. It was a perfect location for our Steeler game weekend!

Great place close to everything I love in Pittsburgh

I really enjoyed this place for a month with my family while we figured out our living situation. It was very clean and easy access to so many restaurants and shopping. It was safe and neighbors were friendly. Super clean and beautiful space.

Amazing host and place!

Amazingly clean apartment. Definitely going to stay here again.

Loved it here! The place was homey and easy to find and get to the things we needed. Would recommend!

Best host ever I only stay at Jake’s places!!!!

Beautiful modern space in a great location. Onsite parking was a huge plus. Jake was very accommodating and instantly responsive to any questions or concerns. His properties are the best!

It was a great, clean and well kept place

Lovely apartment in a great area of the city. Jake’s place has everything you need and it’s so cozy to be able to rest.

Great place in Bloomfield. Very modern and comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and a nice walk to Laurenceville. We would stay again

The entire space was immaculate- just as described in the picture. The location was great. An easy walk to West Penn and other businesses in the area. I appreciated all of the convenient features in the home and the complimentary cofee/tea. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

This was a perfect spot for us as we dropped our son off at university. Jake and his team were amazing hosts!

The apartment absolutely exceeded my expectations! Jake was a friendly and responsive host and his home was beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Layout was perfect for entertaining and the patio provided Birdseye view of life in the neighborhood. Plenty of great local attractions within walking distance and the personal gym and sauna was a real bonus. Lovely stay and I’ll definitely be back next year!

Jake's place at The Madison was super clean and loaded with amenities. Jake was super responsive when I ran into parking issues and I would stay at The Madison on my next trip to the 412.

Great stay

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive. Location is great just a 5-10 minute drive to the strip district. The sauna was a nice touch!

Enjoyed our short visit at Jake’s! He was so helpful and responsive. Great location too!

Amazing stay. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was great.. Would stay again!!!

The location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood with two great late night snack options, easy/quick to Lyft in and out of, and walkable to some great coffee/breakfast spots. The private parking spot is a bit tight for a larger car but amazing for the peace of mind to not have to worry about street parking. The unit itself is spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated and made to feel like you're at home! One small note is that you can hear people walking upstairs, especially if they are heavy-footed. Jake and his team are some of the most responsive and caring hosts. When we reached out to Jake with an issue related to the ceiling fan, he was not only extremely understanding but quick to find a solution for us and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable. Really appreciated the care he has for those who stay in his units, including the detailed guest book with ideas for food/things to do.

Always a great stay!

Always a great stay!

This is a great neighborhood just outside the city. We were unfamiliar with the area so took a chance, and we were pleasantly surprised. Very cool artsy vibe on Penn and Liberty and a ton of nearby restaurants. The space was perfect for our needs: very clean, no clutter or unnecessary stuff, walkable to local shops, safe, and easy to check in and out. Jake was communicative and friendly throughout the process. If we had needed anything, I am confident I could have reached him quickly and gotten a resolution. Would stay here again or at another of his properties!

Jake's apartment was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Lot's of local restaurants closely. Easy access to Pittsburgh's many attractions. We were there for a concert at PPG Paints Arena and it was about 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

Excellent stay. Great modern apartment. Def recommend!

Great place and would highly recommend

Great stay, super convenient location. Gorgeous apartment.

Very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing place. Always enjoyable staying experience. Has everything you could ask for in an Airbnb

Very responsive! great place and area!

What a great stay! Private off street parking space. Cozy, modern apartment. Spacious living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Didn’t use it, but also a small workout area and infrared sauna. Great location, walkable neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. Short walk to the Allegheny Cemetery.

Jake was an amazing host and made the check-in/out process very easy. Jake was quick to respond to any questions and made sure that there was nothing additional I needed during my stay. Would 10/10 recommend his properties in the future!!

I cannot say enough good about this Airbnb. Everything was amazing and as a long term guest I could not have asked for a better place to to stay. It was clean, quiet and safe. I had zero problems and can’t wait to come back soon

Loved my stay here. Very clean. Definitely recommending this place to family and friends that come to visit
